Shipping Information

We work hard to get your holiday magic to you as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Methods & Times:
    • Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95. Your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment.
    • Free Shipping (EMS): Available on orders over $50. Your order will be delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment.
  • Shipping Regions: We ship globally, excluding Asia and a few remote regions. Please note that shipping times may vary slightly for international destinations.

Our Returns & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of shipment. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as you received them.

Please Note: Due to their special nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., specific length light strings, custom-configured sets).
  • 7.5′ Indoor Artificial Christmas Trees and Animal Outdoor Christmas Decorations must be returned in their original, unopened packaging to be accepted.

Simple Return & Exchange Process

Follow these easy steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 24-48 business hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the shipping address for your package.
  3. Ship Your Item: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, include the RA number clearly on the outside of the package, and ship it to the address provided. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs & Refunds

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). These costs are non-refundable.
  • Refund Timing & Method: Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment:
    • Visa, MasterCard, JCB: Refunds will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.
    • PayPal: Refunds are typically processed and visible in your account within 24-48 hours.
    Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable for non-defective returns.
