Our Policy Details

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of shipment. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Please Note: Due to their special nature, custom or personalized items (such as specific length light strings or custom-configured sets) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged. Additionally, 7.5′ Indoor Artificial Christmas Trees and Animal Outdoor Christmas Decorations must be returned in their original packaging to be accepted.

  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 24-48 business hours with a return authorization number and shipping address for your package.
  3. Ship Your Item: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, include the return authorization number on the package, and ship to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). These costs are non-refundable.

Refund Timing & Method

Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment:

  • Visa, MasterCard, JCB: Refunds appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
  • PayPal: Refunds are typically processed and visible in your account within 24-48 hours.

Please note that shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable for non-defective returns.
